Oksana Karel, Foreign Associate at Hogan Lovells, Warsaw/Munich. For more than ten years Oksana Karel has been helping clients in international arbitration proceedings. She has extensive experience in acting for businesses and individuals in investment arbitration as well as handling complex commercial arbitrations. Her practice includes disputes related to energy and natural resources (power generation, renewables), life sciences and health care, as well as construction and infrastructure projects. Oksana Karel is Ukrainian-qualified and joined Hogan Lovells in May 2022 from Arzinger, a Ukrainian firm.
